spicy red beans paste
RECEPIES
AVOCADO FOCCACIA
- Bread flour - 3 1/2 cups to 3 3/4 cups
- Avocado - 1 medium size
- Olive oil - 2 TBSP for the dough and more for topping
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Warm Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 TBSP
- Active dry yeast - 2 1/2 tsp
SPICY RED BEANS PASTE
- 2 cans of red beans (could use dryed seeds, but then you have to keep them in the wather around 8 hours)
- olive oil - 5-7 spoons
- chilli powder or fresh chilli pepper or cayenne pepper - 3 tbsp
- chopped red onion (half or one small one)
- salt
